Meet Rose, our virtual engagement officer
The Pasadena Community Foundation is launching a new initiative guided by artificial intelligence. Meet Rose, our virtual engagement officer. Rose supports PCF’s work by sharing our story, values, and community impact with clarity and care. This step reflects our commitment to openness, access, and thoughtful progress in service of Greater Pasadena. It also signals our choice to work alongside technology to tell powerful stories of generosity, resilience, and impact, so our community sees how philanthropy shows up when it matters most.
Engaging with Rose helps strengthen how we connect with an active and generous community. Your participation supports clearer storytelling about local needs, including the lasting impact of the Eaton Fire and the urgent work that followed. Together, we are broadening how the PCF shows up for the region.

"At the PCF, we see technology moving faster than institutions, and we intend to stay at the table. We engage with artificial intelligence thoughtfully and responsibly. Last year, thousands of donors across our community gave generously, and their generosity has outpaced our ability to share meaningful stories of impact with everyone who wants to stay connected. Rose, our virtual engagement officer, helps us close that gap. She expands how we listen and how we inspire community members who want a deeper relationship with PCF. Rose does not replace our outstanding team. She complements their work and strengthens our reach. This is about connection, clarity, and honoring the generosity of our community."
